TERMS & CONDITIONS

You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The image of the products may not be actual but the products we sell are genuine and recent from the manufacturer with the name listed. Manufacturer may have changed the color, size, shape, ingredients, label, bottle and other features. Please inquire for correct information or any clarification


We reserve the right to refuse any order which we deem to possibly be fraudulent. To ensure your order is not refused please ensure that you provide true and accurate information when making a purchase. Your order is likely to be refused if you provide the following false information:

2) False Telephone Number

3) False Target Domain


If we or our Payment Processing Providers suspect that any information you have provided pertaining to your order is in any way fraudulent your order will be declined and immediately refunded.

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.


2. OUR REFUND POLICY

Customers may return any opened or unopened merchandise purchased from any Ruby's Products within 30 days. When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days.

Bring your purchase and receipt to any Ruby's Products . When accompanied by a receipt the customer will receive the return in the original form of payment. Without a receipt, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price during the prior 30 days, unless they are a Healthy Awards member in which case the store can look up a customer's purchase history to determine the price that was paid for the item Please note that whether the item is opened or unopened the customer will be refunded via an in-store merchandise credit.

Don't Live Near One of Our Stores? Make a Return By Mail:

For purchases shipped to your home, send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You may ship your return to either our Office.

Can I return products I ordered through the web or over the phone to a retail store?

Yes. You can return a product purchased on our website or over the phone to a retail store for exchange or return. You must however, bring the credit or debit card you used to make the purchase to receive a credit if applicable. See the returns section for more details.

3. ANTIFRAUD CHECK


Customer purchases can be suspended for manual anti fraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Anti fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Because your payment safety is important to us it may take up to 24 hours for your purchase to become available to download.


4. CHARGEBACK POLICY


In the event that any customer issues a chargeback request they will be immediately and permanently banned from making any future purchases from this store. There should never be any reason to request a chargeback, if you have not received your purchase after given shipping time please open a Support Ticket.
